When you no longer need our delivery service please collect prescriptions instead - we are able to do the deliveries we are only with the help of extra drivers and a team of Frome volunteer drivers, and that system is not sustainable long term. As of 22nd April we are delivering to 2,021 people in Frome and the surrounding villages. Normally we deliver to around 400.
To let us know you are able to collect, all you need to do is text our mobile with the single word COLLECT. The number is 07510 548119.
And that is it - providing you are registered for our messaging service we will know who you are from the phone number, and we will remove the delivery flag from our system for anyone who uses that phone number for our messaging service.
If you are not registered for our messaging service we wont know who sent the message - so please add your name and date of birth after the word COLLECT so we can find your record.
